It's no problem to hide the bikes for you. Parking is free and located 50 meters from the house. There are two private apartments in the house. One is yours (the one is on the ground floor with its own entrance) and the other for other guests (on the 1st floor, also with its own entrance). The terrace has each individual and the garden is shared. The owner's home is located in a neighborhood.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

The cottage is located on the bank of the Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident, and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a great reconstruction to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.
