The house was built 300 years ago as a rectory. It is in the middle of the historic old town. The apartment consists of a large room on the ground floor with baroque vault, plus a small kitchen and small bathroom. In the garden behind the house, a sitting area in the countryside can be used. The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Villa-Larix is a wooden house with a very special living ambience. We built the wooden house to live healthy living and limited to the essentials in a relaxing location. Most of the materials come from Germany and some oak woods even come from our own Upper Lusatian Forest. You can admire the sunset directly on the lake and really relax. Please note that you currently have to expect construction site noise at a distance of about 150 m.

There is a garden, where you can also relax and watch chickens.
