This property features an attractive sitting room, dining room and kitchen. Upstairs there is a are two delightful double bedrooms, and a pleasant third bedroom with a single bed and trundle bed. It has ample parking, and a superb large garden at the front and there is a secluded patio area with outdoor furniture.

Beautiful rural retreat, outskirts of Swanage

Ideal for walkers, bird-watchers and nature lovers, this quiet bolt-hole is in the garden of one of the oldest houses in Swanage. The Purbeck stone building in the southern outskirts of the town is separate from the main house, has it's own entrance and off-road parking. A five minute walk brings you to the Durlston National Nature Reserve looking out over the Jurassic coast. Durlston Castle, the Lighthouse and the Southwest Coast Path are 15 minutes away on foot. All without crossing a road.
