We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! The apartment was spacious, with modern furniture and kitchen - finally an Airbnb host who provided dishwasher salt and shine aid! The room-darkening shades worked perfectly, even during a sunny day the bedroom was dark (this comes in handy when travelling with a child who refuses to nap when the sun is out). Maja was helpful and accommodating.

Claudia’s place is a perfect place for exploring Istra’s gem little towns and countryside. We thoroughly enjoyed peaceful setting within fields and lavender flowers. Studio apartment is perfect for travellers with ample parking and amenities you would need in the kitchen. Bed is comfy and bathroom is clean, a/c works great. Claudia is very responsive and communication is easy. I definitely recommend Claudia’s place and would happily return for the next trip to beautiful Istra!

We had a wonderful holiday (and honeymoon!) at Casa Valla. We were so warmly welcomed and it was a such a pleasure to meet Matea, her father, Elvis and her mother. We were made to feel so at home and they even gave us kind and thoughtful honeymoon gifts! ❤️ The property is spotlessly clean, fresh and modern with everything needed for a relaxing holiday. The beds are large & very comfortable, the shower was powerful with hot water at all times. We especially loved the spacious pool, barbeque area and the view over the fields to the hills. It was quiet and peaceful but only a 5-10 mins walk to either a large supermarket or up the hill to the old town. There were many walking routes and trails, so if you love walking this is a great spot. However, the thing that made Casa Valla most special for us was the hosts and their warmth, kindness and the real pride they take in their property. We would recommend Casa Valla anyone who wants a peaceful, relaxing holiday in a beautiful place ❤️
