Kitchen with stove and oven as well as fridge and freezer. The house is located in a quiet residential area and close to a school with a playground and football field. There is also the possibility of free parking just outside the house.

Delightful cottage close to the sea on Seläter

Small cottage located in Strömstad with walking distance to the nice swimming areas Capri and Seläter swimming area. Buses run during summer into town every hour and you are close to the restaurant ranch and Källviken restaurant. The cottage has a balcony at the back with table and chairs where you can sit in peace and quiet and enjoy the morning sun. The outdoor shower that is without insight has hot water. The cottage is perfect for one or two persons and also with kids. Very nice and cosy. Live near the nature with your own garden with privacy and privat entrance. With a wonderful view. The cottage has the shower in a separate shower house, with warm water. The toilet is a new, biological one, outdoors in a small separate house.

There is a separate bathroom and separate bedroom with bunk beds, 80 x200 cm on top bunk and 120x200 on lower bunk bed. The house is located in a quiet residential area in the middle of the island. Resö offers beautiful nature, several beaches and a grocery store. It’s a nice restaurant and bakery during summer.
