Chamerande old house, over 100 years, in the heart of Idefjorden, in fine little Krokstrand, about 20 minutes by car from Strömstad. The house has a new kitchen (space for about 8) and a new bath, 4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms. On the outside you will find a large lovely terrace with outdoor tables and chairs, umbrellas and some sun loungers. In summer there is sun on the terrace from about 9-20. The house is located on a slope and on the plot runs a flowing brook, soothing and still. It is 7 min to walk down to the fjord, where you will find the beach with the jetty.

This is a fantastic pearl of a place located on the Swedish coast between the two historic cities of Stromstad (15 minutes) and Halden (the fort city in Norway (25 minutes). Also, Scandinavia's largest shopping center, Nordby, is 10 minutes away. Go swimming, boating, golfing, hiking, and even crab fishing, or just relax with a book. A gas grill comes with the property as does propane. Self-clean only, guests bring towels.

Stabilt internet finns och nära till resö, Strömstad och grebbestad Det finns en huvudbyggnad ett lusthus och en lada som är idag byggd för sociala träffar, möten, middagar eller andra aktiviteter som kräver plats och under tak. I huset finns fem stycken bra sängar på övervåningen och på entréplan har man ett fullt utrustat kök, vardagsrum och toalett. Duscha gör man med vattenslang ute. Härligt och uppiggande!

Stille og rolig område med få naboer. 10 minutter med bil til Strömstad sentrum og badestranden Seläter. 60kvm hytte med soveloft, stue, spisestue, kjøkken og toalett. Gjestehus med dobbeltseng og bad med dusj. Hytta har brønnvann. Det er begrenset med trykk i dusjen, spesielt om mange dusjer etter hverandre. Anbefaler og ikke bruke kraner unødvendig da det kan bli tomt. Utedusj finns. Stor tomt. Nær golfbane.
