The cottage is in an area with 7 cottages but completely separated from neighbors. 5 minutes from E4. There is a 10-minute drive from the cabin. The cabin does not have electricity or running water. The apartment is in its own building above a stable. Three Blacknose sheep live in the stable. I want to rent out a simple cottage just a few meters from the lakefront with nice evening sun and a nice little garden, just 20 minutes from Hudiksvall. The cabin has electricity but no running water. There is a smaller boat with oars. The large cabin is equipped with tables, chairs and sofa. The kitchen has two stovetop burners, a fridge and a microwave. The bedroom has two bunk beds and two extra mattresses. The cottage is located only a kilometer from the popular fishing spot Långtjärn with implanted fish.

It is perfect for families visiting "Trolska Skogen" or friends/couples that want to experience Mellanfjärden, or perhaps play some golf at Sörfjärden golf court. Seven min walk to the center of Mellanfjärden, with restaurants, grocery store, craft shop, playgroud et.c. Trolska skogen is within walking disance (15 min) or a short ride with the car. Sörfjärdens golfcourt is approximately 15-20 min with car from Mellanfjärden.
