Monthly Rentals in Strokestown

The Shannonside was the perfect accommodation. A beautiful home in a lovely location. The house was extremely well equipped with all the essentials. The host, David, even provided a starter pack of bread, butter, carrot cake, coffees, biscuits, etc., so we were able to settle right in. The location is very nice near the water but also very central for traveling. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would readily book again.

Enjoyed a great stay here with my partner from the US. Would love to have been able to rent this place long term so we could have stayed together but sadly, she had to go home. Hopefully, some day!

We had a lovely stay at the house. The house was spotless and had all the amenities required. Such a peaceful location, we enjoyed fishing in the local lakes and visits to stokestown and Roscommon. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Irish home. The hosts were very friendly and met us on arrival. They were available if we had any questions and made us feel very welcome. The house itself was very clean and spacious. There were 2 adults and 3 children in our group and we all felt very comfortable and relaxed in the house. The location is also lovely, within walking distance of the shops, park and cafe. And many places to visit within a short driving distance. The rear garden was also a bonus, as we had lovely weather and were able to sit outside. This home had all the amenities required for a great stay and we will definitely be returning again soon!
