Close to the pedestrian streets of Spezia to find good restaurants and walk Access from the station on foot (20 min) or bus Ditto bus to Lerici and Portovenere nearby. Good equipment Lovely and responsive host Lots of recommendations A little noisy to my taste the avenue where the windows overlooks is very busy but after a day of visiting we fall asleep very quickly 😉 Booking without a second thought

The apartment was beautiful, as shown in the photos, it had all the amenities that made our stay very enjoyable. I definitely recommend it, Giorgia was always attentive and very kind. We love the welcome touch. We hope to go back!

We stayed at Sandra’s second apartment when the first became unavailable. She was very accommodating and communicative. The second apartment had everything we needed and was perfect for our stay. It is a short walk from two entrances to the wall and old city. It’s a great location and has a lot of local restaurants and services. Sandra helped us find a local office store to print a travel document that had to be printed at the last minute! Highly recommend Sandra as a host.

The apartment was very clean, well equipped and spacious. It was perfect for us travelling with a toddler. Also, the hosts were very helpful giving us lot of information about the surroundings. We had a bit of a trouble finding a place to have lunch.on a public holoday, but Fabiana called several restaurants to helped us book a wonderful restaurant near by the beach! The stay at the apartment was more than pleasant. We would love to come back again in the summer!🌞🏖️

It went very well. The host gave us several directions before we arrived, and was very reactive when we had any questions to park the car. Same for checkout. The apartment is clean and nice. Its position near the train station, shops and the beach is very convenient. We were so glad we were able to book this listing! Thanks to the host.

Bonassola is a pretty little spot away from the 5-terre hustle and bustle. Well served by train. Good base for excursions. Great region for hikes and cozy bathing bay. Quiet, nice apartment in a central location. Friendly hostess

Was a great place to stay and relax after 3 hectic weeks of travelling around the UK and Naples and Sorrento. Close to the beach and supermarket. Lovely quiet area and flat for walking around. Bus stop also close by for Pisa.

This is a perfect place if you'd like to explore busy Tuscany, yet at the same time you want to return at the end of each day to a place of serenity, peace and quiet. 5 minute drive from the Fi-Pi-Li highway, you have about 45 minutes to pretty much all cities (Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Sienna). We loved the house. Spacious, lots of outside spots to enjoy the view of the valley below, cozy inside, great kitchen, Nespresso machine... Two fluffy cats rule the place and there is constant gentle frog serenade from the marsh in the valley below. If you're reading this and the house is vacant, book it.

This is the perfect place to stay in Forte dei Marmi. The apartment is fully renovated, located in a quiet area, yet just a short walk from both the beach and the town center. It’s even better than it looks in the pictures, and the host was incredibly friendly and welcoming

I stayed with Jennifer and Eric while I was having work done on my home and it was such a welcome change to country living. Everything is right at your fingertips. They are a stone’s throw away from amazing restaurants. I loved walking the walls. I was so impressed with how much information they gave me about the area, favorite restaurants, getting around, etc. I can’t say enough about what amazing hosts Jen and Eric are. Communication was stellar. Their home is so beautiful and well appointed with very comfortable furnishings. I slept like a dream. Jen & Eric were so welcoming. I really felt at home and like I made some new friends.

Staying here was a dream come true! The view is breathtaking and the home is beautifully decorated in a cozy eclectic style while maintaining the rustic beauty of the structure itself and honoring it’s history. I will never forget this experience—ideal to visit with friends! It is located up a steep hillside and well worth the adventure to get there. Varinia literally thought of and provided every detail a guest would need. I would love to return one day!

David's place was perfect, we truly enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable and at home. The apartment was in a great location, close to shops and restaurants but not too close as to get all the foot traffic and noise. The apartment was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed (great kitchen, good wifi (as my husband needed to work while there), comfortable beds, modern appliances, everything we needed. We even had use of a bicycle which is a definitely something necessary in Lucca! David was very responsive and helpful (despite the time difference between us). He put a guidebook together which was perfect in getting us started on our stay in Lucca. We truly enjoyed the apartment and would highly recommend!

Thank you very much Super Luigi😉!! We just had a great stay in Viareggio with my wife and our 2 children. And the apartment offered by Gianmarco is a big part of it!! The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! Very pleasant stay. The apartment is right on the slopes and is perfect for those who want to ski. Cozy and warm, we had a very good time.

we had a great short 2 day break in Elenas place. the accommodation is more beautiful in real life and perfectly located for walking distance to everything, Including the train. it more than comfortable for two couples. we were disappointed to only be there for 2 days. thank you for the wonderful stay whilst exploring beautiful Lucca.

We absolutely loved staying here! It is so charming and cosy. We felt relaxed straight away. The hosts complimentary items are really thoughtful. The apartment is perfect for two, immaculately clean with everything you need for a stay. Its a relaxing and comfortable space, attention to detail, feels like you’re being hosted by friends! Fast communication and the hosts are really friendly and helpful. So close to the town its a quick walk but the street is quiet still. Would definitely recommend!
