I enjoyed my stay at Daniel's place and appreciated the excellent communication with him. Daniel responded promptly and was very flexible regarding check-in. There was a minor issue in the apartment, and it was addressed almost immediately! The apartment is perfectly located in the Upper West Side, just a short walk from Central Park. The street is quiet and safe, even at night, yet there are plenty of restaurants, bars, museums, grocery shops, and coffee places within walking distance. The space is cozy—small, but it offers ample storage. The super high ceilings and beautiful fireplace add to its charm, and the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. I hope to stay at Daniel's place again for my next work-cation in New York!

This was such a cozy and comfortable spot in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Beautiful and convenient. We felt like we were staying at a relative’s house: so welcoming and thoughtful.

The location was perfect. The size of the apartment is good for two people and we very much appreciated that it is a pet friendly place. We loved meeting other dogs and their human companions in the neighborhood and in nearby Central Park. Nice to have a washer and dryer in the building. Barry was a super responsive host.

I’d agree with all the positive reviews below and can highly recommend this place! The location is simply great: walkable to Central Park and riverside plus all the cultural stuff without any touristy feelings. The apartment is clean and well taken care off. You can feel the host Ana Maria is so very considerate to prepare things that one may need: whether it’s just an umbrella or a useful welcome list. Very comfortable bedding and ultra modern TV sets! Also the work table was enough for me to use my iMac. The apt is one first floor so the good thing is it’s super easy to get in and out but on the other hand as along as you can deal with having your windows facing the street side you’d be fine. Ana Maria just lives nearby, very responsive to the occasional requests I have: sometimes about the internet, mail key or even my YouTube :) She’s so helpful, kind and reliable. THAt alone is a precious thing when one looks for a place among the uneven choices in NYC. Thanks very much Ana Maria!
