No thoroughfare disturbs and the natural monument "Green Belt" is located directly at the village. Sustainable with photovoltaic + wood pellet heating. View of the Rodach Valley, the hills of the Werra Valley and our paddocks.

This holiday home is centrally located on the village square directly across from the brewery. Fireplace and sauna are special highlights. At night you will find complete tranquility, because there is no main road here. On request, there are eggs from our own chickens or what the garden has to offer. Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Relax and Play Rödental

Our cozy apartment is ideal for couples or small families and can accommodate up to 10 sleeping guests. (6 of them in a 2nd apartment on the upper floor from the 5th guest) For social evenings with friends, colleagues or family, there is a pool table, a music system and a cozy bar. The 39-degree warm hot tub is available all year round and is included. The use of the barrel sauna can be booked. Unfortunately, the hot tub in the SZ is not working.

Lakeside house

Vacation home on the edge of a vacation home area. About 1 km from the nearest village of Sulzdorf. The Reuthsee is the largest natural lake in Lower Franconia (about 17 hectares) and is only about 100 meters away as the crow flies. Pure nature. Core removed by 2017 according to KfW standard and completely renovated with a lot of love for detail. Previously used as a weekend house and home office. We are new to Airbnb :) .

The Remise is an outbuilding of Bedheim Castle. In the house there are 2 bedrooms (a guest room with 2 beds and a dormitory with 10 beds), 2 bathrooms (each with 2 toilets and a shower) and a large kitchen-living room with a fireplace. Parking is available on the castle grounds.

Forest Hideout

Our apartment is located in quiet forest surroundings but within walking distance to Sonneberg town centre. It is perfect for hikers and mountain bikers, with hundreds of kilometres of trails leading into the Thuringian Forest national park from our front door.
