Holiday rentals with a patio in Stratmoor

We stayed here while visiting friends in the area and would absolutely stay here again. It is much nicer than it looks in the photos- light, bright, sunny and airy. Super clean, well maintained, comfortable furniture and a well stocked kitchen. Lots of thoughtful touches like games, nice coffee selection, hot cocoa, water bottles, umbrellas, kitchen staples etc. The host was a good communicator, super responsive and made sure the pack and play and changing pad were up before our arrival with our baby. The balcony and patio are a lovely spot to sit outside. The AirBnB is right behind the host's house but they respected our privacy and we felt like we had our own private space to enjoy. Overall a very comfortable, lovely and thoughtfully done AirBnB with a host who cares about the guest's experience and attention to detail.

I highly recommend Jonathan's place! This was our second time staying here, and would definitely book this place again.

This place was a great value for our quick one-night stay. It had everything we needed in the kitchen, tons of extra blankets, a nice sitting area out back, two Roku televisions, Garden of the Gods nearly right outside, but does have that "I've walked directly into someone else's house" feel which is either cozy or unwanted depending on your personality! If you are able, I wished I would have brought my own pillow from home and was glad I brought my own ground coffee. Check out was the easiest I've ever had in an Airbnb which was also helpful and less stressful! I'd definitely stay there again.

The hosts were fantastically responsive, and friendly! The Airbnb has a communal feel, but the rooms are private if you want to be alone. Our unit was clean, quaint and welcoming. We could walk to all locations in our agenda (in town for a wedding) and Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs are less than a 10 minute drive. The hosts provide numerous suggestions for things to do in the area and places to eat and drink. They have a tie dye store on property where guests, and the general public, can tie dye items. Guests get a discount too. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Emilio was a great host along with his place. Very quaint and had all things you’d need. Sport court and air hockey table was a great addition!

It was an awesome stay! It felt very cozy and comfy. Only downside is that you can hear a lot of movement upstairs and you can hear water go through the pipes at night and both can be loud. Even with those negatives, I give it 5 stars.

Great quiet, clean place and comfortable apartment. I will stay here again! the Hosts were very helpful and responsive. Finding the place was very clear and the instructions to get to the apartment are really easy to follow.

Timothy was very nice and we absolutely loved the place!!! If I had a problem he addressed it, fixed it and it didn’t stop us at all. We three women had the best time and most of all our place was the BEST!!! I highly recommend this place it will not disappoint!!

One of the best stays we've had! So much attention to detail around the home, from the sparkling wine/chocolate welcome to the popcorn bar in the basement "theatre". The kitchen was thoroughly labeled for easy access to the items, and Amanda had board games/puzzles available. Very clean and comfortable. The location was 10 minutes to the Cheyenne Mountain Zoom and 15 minutes to Garden of the Gods. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Wow! This has been by far the most beautiful and enriching family vacation we have experienced. The Living Room had breath taking views of the mountains, surrounding farms and wildlife that could be seen from inside the home and from the lovely patio. Whether waking with a Nespresso coffee or tea in hand on the patio, eating meals or playing cards at the dinner table or enjoying a glass of wine in the hot tub the experience was amazing. The word WOW is the best way for us to describe our stay. Mark and Renee were wonderful and attentive hosts. They are very organized and had books that helped us find fun things to do. The home was very clean and spacious. We were able to cook many meals at the Airbnb and had many options for dinning out if desired. We are so grateful to have the luxury of enjoying such a wonderful experience and plan to come visit again in the coming years.

Very nice backyard, the snacks and pastries made up for the mini kitchen. One am our coffee pot and microwave breaker went out but the host was very prompt and within min everything working! One extra was a cool hideaway play area for young children. Every space was utilized very efficiently. Kids loved the jacuzzi. We even grilled freshly caught fish upstairs on the deck for dinner one night!!

A group of 7 friends from around the country met in CO Springs for a long weekend, and Thi's house was PERFECT for our needs. Great location and size of house for that group. Our favorite space was the sun room off the back with gorgeous views, hot tub, fire pit and patio heaters. It was so peaceful! Thi was a great host and so responsive!

This place was perfect for our Spartan Race weekend. The house was spotless, super comfortable, and in an ideal location for everything we had planned. What really stood out were the thoughtful touches—handwritten notes, snacks, and all the little extras that made it feel like home. The host was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. Plenty to do in the area, and we couldn’t have asked for a better setup. Highly recommend!

This place was perfect! Right in the middle of everything(Zoo, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, restaurants, etc! Neighborhood was very quiet and nice. Jacquie was very nice, helpful and proactive. Instructions in the home were great and very helpful. Great amenities and the outdoor space was great! Master bathroom was gorgeous and we enjoyed our time! Definitely will book again on future trips!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was cozy, beautifully decorated, and truly felt like a home away from home. What stood out the most for me was how incredibly kid-friendly it was. Everything we could possibly need for our little ones was provided — diapers, wipes, a fully equipped play zone, and more. It made traveling with kids so much easier and stress-free. My fiancé and I felt right at home. Unique little spot. It was our first time visiting Colorado. Our favorite was the view. Stunning. Our last night there was a little thunder & lightning storm. We open the curtains and sliding doors and watched from the patio. The only thing we wished there were a couple throw blankets to relax with on the couch. We enjoyed the variety selection of books. The host and her co-host (Cody) were very communicative and quick to respond.

This place was absolutely amazing. Deserves higher than the highest rating. Went above and beyond when we locked ourselves out to get us back in quickly- even at great personal inconvenience to them!

The hosts were super friendly and accommodative. They even offered us a late checkout without us asking. The deck and views are spectacular! Beds are very comfortable. It was clean and had everything we needed. Great location!

Fantastic stay. Spacious, well-equipped, and in a beautiful part of Colorado Springs. For a short-term stay near Fort Carson, Jennifer’s place offers a refreshing perspective of the city. Highly recommend.

We were in town to celebrate my brother’s birthday. We were comfortable with only my husband and myself. We used the kitchen for making breakfast, which was plenty of space. Coffee maker, and toaster worked very well. I especially loved the heater in the bathroom 😊. We would stay there again when in Colorado Springs!!

This Southwestern condo was very cute and comfortable! Zoey was very communicative and flexible with our check-in! We enjoyed our stay and only wish we could have spent more time here!
