I live in the converted stables, of a Hunting Lodge built in 1896 and have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is listed, the village is in a conservation area in the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The village has a lovely pub. Great walks over the Dassett Hills. Nearby towns are Banbury, Warwick, Leamington Spa, and Stratford upon Avon. Jaguar Landrover, Gaydon and Aston Martin are 4 miles away. Birmingham and Coventry 30 mins away. Parking available off the road.

Broadway is just under 3 miles away with more pubs, cafes and shops. Stratford on Avon is the regions cultural centre with its theatre and Shakespearian heritage, and Cheltenham is approx. 11 miles away with excellent shopping, many wonderful restaurants and of course the famous race course
