Es besticht durch seine Möblierung im Vintage-Stil und verfügt eine Küche mit Esstisch und Kamin, einem Wohnzimmer mit Kabelfernseher und Schlafsofa, separates Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne. Zusätzlich gibt es eine kleine Terrasse mit einem separaten Garten. Die Küche ist vollausgestattet. Es gibt einen Gasherd und gutes WLAN. Im Winter wird das Ferienhaus über Fußbodenheizung geheizt.

Our holiday home is located on the 1st floor of our residential building, in the middle of the fantastic surroundings of the Elbtalaue. Shopping such as a supermarket and a bakery is just 100m away and easy walking available. Perfect for nature lovers, with numerous leisure activities in the area, from cycling to hiking. The wooden house is in a very quiet location, the neighbors are very quiet and hardly noticeable. The surrounding meadows and forests make it a relaxing place. Lüneburg is about half an hour away. The Elbe can be reached in 10 minutes by car. The nearest shops are 10-15 minutes away. The house invites you to relax. The cozy bed is suitable for 2 people. There is also a sofa bed in the fireplace room which can be used.

The apartment is located in a listed villa, which was originally built in 1864. There are eight apartments in the house, which are spread over four levels. The house has a living area of 550 m², the apartment, which is located on the second level, is 32 m² in size. The kitchenette is equipped with a built-in kitchen that allows normal cooking. On the ground floor there is a cleaning room with a washing machine and dryer.

Our tiny house is the perfect base for cyclists, hikers, short-stay vacationers or ornithologists. Lake Sumter is only a few minutes' walk away. The Elbe is 4 km away. The light-flooded tiny house has 2 sleeping places with TV in the "upper deck." 2 more people can stay on a pull-out couch. There is a well-equipped kitchen and under the walnut tree you can linger and relax on a 20 sqm terrace with a grill.
