The entire 3,000 m2 building is enclosed, covered, fenced and is always rented only to one guest at a time. The cottage offers accommodation for 6 people + extra bed. You can sit under a large roofed pergola or by the fireplace. The Jickovický stream flows through the garden and there is a possibility of swimming in your own swimming "biotope" with a diameter of 13 m.

A ladder leads from the kitchen to a duplex open bedroom with two futun beds. The bedroom is located on the ground floor, next to the bathroom. In the dining room there is a large wooden table where you can play board games.

We offer for rent a large private and discreet plot with a cozy caravan and a hot tub in seclusion under the dam by the pond, ideal place for lovers of peace and nature. The accommodation has a folding bed, outdoor seating, a fireplace and a grill for pleasant evenings. A dry toilet is included. The property is located in a very quiet place without houses and cottages in the vicinity, which ensures maximum privacy and relaxation. The large plot offers the possibility of camping, parking a caravan or a car with a tent.

Chata Šimterka has been completely renovated and modernized. There is a swimming pool right next to the cottage, and in the lower part of the complex there is a great Finnish sauna. The Otava River is about 100 m from the cottage. On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (2 beds) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed, 2 single beds). The cottage has two beautiful terraces.
