We offer for rent a fully equipped recreational building, which is located in a semi-secluded area near the small village of Zahrádka in South Bohemia near the Orlík water reservoir. The entire 3,000 m2 building is enclosed, covered, fenced and is always rented only to one guest at a time. The cottage offers accommodation for 6 people + extra bed. You can sit under a large roofed pergola or by the fireplace. The Jickovický stream flows through the garden and there is a possibility of swimming in your own swimming "biotope" with a diameter of 13 m.

Our century-old building has undergone a careful renovation and now provides a romantic retreat not only for couples but also for a family of four. A ladder leads from the kitchen to a duplex open bedroom with two futun beds. The bedroom is located on the ground floor, next to the bathroom. In the dining room there is a large wooden table where you can play board games.

Your whole family will rest in this peaceful place. Šumavská cottage u Petrů is located in a quiet Pošumaví, close to the village of Vacov and the ski center Zadov-Churáňov. The apartment in a typical Šumava cottage is located in the attic and has access to the garden. It's also ideal for families. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a full bath, a separate toilet, a living room including a TV, and a dining table. Everything is pleasantly connected - the place is perfect for moments together.

WINTER MODE: In the winter months, the water system is drained (without running water). Drinking water is available in canisters and an indoor camping pressure shower. Maringotka under the Dam

We offer for rent a large private and discreet plot with a cozy caravan and a hot tub in seclusion under the dam by the pond, ideal for lovers of peace and nature. The accommodation has a sofa bed, outdoor seating, fireplace and barbecue for pleasant evenings. A dry toilet is included. The property is located in a very quiet place without houses and cottages in the vicinity, which ensures maximum privacy and relaxation. The large plot offers the possibility of camping, parking a motorhome or a car with a tent.

Chalet Simterka

Chata Šimterka has been completely renovated and modernized. There is a swimming pool right next to the cottage, and in the lower part of the complex there is a great Finnish sauna. The Otava River is about 100 m from the cottage. On the ground floor of the cottage, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a sofa bed (2 beds) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower. On the first floor there is a bedroom with 4 beds (1 double bed, 2 single beds). The cottage has two beautiful terraces.

There is all you needed inside as e.g. Nespresso, Hairdryer, WIFI, washing machine, dishwasher. There is a private backyard with seating area and free parking with camera supervision. The apartment is accessible via stairs - 3rd floor and 2 lockable door, so 100% safe. All is just nearby. Pets are welcome :)
