The cottage is situated as a smaller, quiet and detached house near the beautiful and historically preserved village of Lčovice in the foothills of the Šumava Mountains. The local conditions are ideal for cycling, walking, mushroom picking, skiing and lounging. The cottage is practically furnished for the winter season, has its own fenced garden with parking and plenty of space for relaxation. The covered terrace is equipped with armchairs and a table, garden loungers, a parasol, a grill and is located on a sunny southern slope overlooking the Šumava surroundings.

WINTER MODE: In the winter months, the water system is drained (without running water). Drinking water is available in canisters and an indoor camping pressure shower. We offer for rent a large private and discreet plot with a cozy caravan and a hot tub in seclusion under the dam by the pond, ideal for lovers of peace and nature. The accommodation has a sofa bed, outdoor seating, fireplace and barbecue for pleasant evenings. A dry toilet is included. The property is located in a very quiet place without houses and cottages in the vicinity, which ensures maximum privacy and relaxation. The large plot offers the possibility of camping, parking a motorhome or a car with a tent.

The apartment is accessible via stairs - 3rd floor and 2 lockable door, so 100% safe. All is just nearby. Pets are welcome :)

Unique cottage, newly reconstructed but with respect to the past, to rural south bohemian architecture. The house is set in the middle of very small a piecefull village, it has a small garden closed in a yard so you have complete privacy. Outdoor firepit and open fireplace in an old cozy barn. Friendly neighbors can sell you fresh eggs straight from the hen house:) Nice south bohemian surroundings, forest just upon a hill, lakes, fields and meadows offer many beautiful walks.

All in complete solitude, in the peace and quiet of the Šumava foothills.

Karavan Na Louce

The caravan is located in a meadow in the middle of nature just a few steps from the forest. Outside we have a fireplace with a fire and a seating area. A pergola will protect you from the sun or rain. Inside the caravan there is a classic double bed and one smaller double bed. You will also find basic kitchen equipment, coffee or tea. If you get tired of looking at nature, we have board games and books. A shop or pub is within walking distance.
