The condo was great and would stay here again. We had a bit of trouble finding the place because we didn’t read the details thoroughly and Brittany answered our question immediately. Views were great. Very handy having access to a washer and dryer.

Great house perfect location no complaints will be rebooking for the summer fun.

Perfect location with private deck and access to boat dock. Sometimes we sat on the patio and listened to music coming from Margaritaville across the bay. It’s an easy car or boat drive to lots of other places in Osage Beach and we enjoyed many of them. It was reasonably priced for a two bedroom condo with boat and trailer parking in this area. The owner was very helpful and responsive.

We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing getaway here! From the moment we arrived, we felt a sense of calm. The cozy atmosphere, well-equipped kitchen, peaceful location, and the pool, made it easy to relax and recharge. Karon was a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again for another peaceful retreat.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is simply gorgeous, stunning views from every corner, very specious and has everything you need! Equipped with Endless entertainment-our kids loved arcade games, entertainment space in the garage, and the pick-ball court. The heated pool and the hut tub were highlight of our stay, kids enjoyed it the entire time and the pool was very warm and comfortable to swim in, even though it was 60 degrees. The only con is that the check in and check out are not really reasonable-checking in at 4pm is pretty late and checking out at 10 am is too early when you have 16 people staying. Overall it was a great stay!

Beuatiful house in the middle of the green. Not directly on the lake which made it secluded and quiet, yet with an easy access to the lake if wanted. Nice layout and decoration of the rooms, nice patio to enjoy the weahter, read a book of do a BBQ. Hosts are quick in answering, all well prepared and organized.

I took my nephews on a fishing trip and we had a blast. could not have been happier. I would recommend staying here. will return

Excellent home with everything you need! Just make sure you purchase all the food you need on the way. It takes around 40 mins to get to a grocery store or any restaurants and the trip to/from are rough with lots of curves and made a few of our family members nauseous. We had a pleasant surprise when we arrived and found that there was a paddle boat available as well! Access to a pontoon and a jet ski rental was only 10 mins away, which was great! Light switches and light/fan remotes were all labeled, which was amazing. Plenty of games available (inside and out). Access to the lake was amazing!

Justin was great. The house was very clean and he made sure that he had everything to our comfort. Everything was provided for us and we did not need to worry about about anything

We had a great stay. The screen porch and the dock are great. Was a very peaceful part of the lake. Only complaint is not many paper towels or trash bags were supplied.

Relaxing and peaceful lake front retreat for our family. With the private dock and easy to rent kayaks from the owners, there was plenty of fishing, swimming and boating to do. Despite the less than perfect weather, we still had the perfect weekend.

Very comfortable surroundings. Waterfront property. Great for fishing, boating, and swimming. Friendly community. Great nearby restaurants! JB Hooks! Everything you need to prepare meals were available including food delivery service available. Convenient to local grocery stores, and convenience stores.

We came all the way from Iowa on our motorcycle, and found exactly what they described. It was a wonderful quaint One bedroom home that was very clean and private! We immediately felt right at home!We were greeted with a booklet with our names and a motorcycle on it as well as a greeting on the chalkboard! Anytime we asked a question they got right back to us. We would 100% stay at this place again and would recommend everyone to go visit. It was reasonably priced and worth every penny! With wildlife galore!!

Everything was easy and this is a nice peaceful getaway close to the water. There was fishing right off the dock and a local marina about 2.5 miles away with boat rentals available. Great location and nice house!

We had a nice stay. The lake views and sunsets were pleasant, but we didn’t realize the water would still be too cold for swimming. It would probably be a better experience later in spring or summer when the weather is warmer.

We enjoyed our Weeknd stay..the place was nice and walkable to the lake dock! Easy to find and Pamela was very friendly and explained everything and made us feel welcome!
