Το "Valavani House" είναι ένα ευρύχωρο πέτρινο σπίτι κυριολεκτικά πάνω στη θάλασσα. Είναι διώροφο με εσωτερική και εξωτερική σκάλα. Στον πρώτο όροφο έχει 4 κρεβατοκάμαρες και ένα μπάνιο. Δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες που έχουν άμεση θέα στη θάλασσα και δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες στη πίσω πλευρά του σπιτιού. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται εντός του οικισμού Στούπα σε μία από τις πιο ήσυχες γειτονιές και απέχει ελάχιστα λέπτα με τα πόδια από τις παραλίες της Καλόγριας και της Στούπας, τα σουπερμαρκετ και τα τουριστικά καταστήματα του χωριού. Είναι κατάλληλο για οικογένειες ή και ζευγάρια που ζητούν ηρεμία και ξεκόυραστο ύπνο.
