Very comfortable for family of four, huge balcony in olive tree, quiet area with great restaurant in walking distance and a nice beach. Highly recommended.

Eleni‘s place was absolutely beautiful, close to all the amenities, beaches and restaurants. Perfect location. We stayed there last year and returned again. Would highly recommend this apartment as it is in a great location, clean, and very spacious. The surrounding area is to die for, with the drives to some of the local villages beyond belief. We can’t wait to visit Kalamata again and would definitely stay at this beautiful apartment again.

Had a fantastic 10 nights stay. Highly recommend. A truly welcoming host who went the extra mile for us during our stay from helpful advice on what to see / local restaurants to welcoming us with a bottle of wine and treats which was most welcome after an early UK flight . A hidden gem and panagiota is an outstanding host - please do visit !

We only had one night in Finikountia but it was made incredibly memorable by this lovely apartment and in particular by Maria's warm welcome.. she made us feel like old friends and we felt very sorry to say goodbye.

Our stay was unfortunately only very short, but we found the accommodation to be welcoming, and cool. ( it was very hot weather). It appeared to have everything we needed, although we didn’t cook any meals the kitchen felt well equipped. The bed was comfortable and the air con was great to cool the room before we went to sleep. Waking up to birds singing and be able to sit in the delightful garden to eat our breakfast, was most relaxing. There was a bbq available, although we didn’t use it. We would most certainly return if visiting this area again.

We enjoyed our stay at Georgios' accommodation. The central location, surrounded by numerous bars and restaurants, was ideal. The terrace in particular was a highlight – perfect for enjoying the sunset in a relaxed atmosphere. The stylish furnishings and comprehensive amenities also made our stay extremely pleasant.

This appartment was a highligh of our trip, everything was perfect: great view, clean, well equipped and peaceful. Dionisis was very responsive and helpful. The location is great to explore Kalamata area with a car. Highly recommended!

As described, the apartment was clean with a large comfortable bed. The terrace is cute and the garden inspires quiet. Responsive host. We only made a stopover there and did not take advantage of the waterfront but I recommend this listing.

The house was very clean, elegant and perfectly functional. It lacked nothing. Fully equipped and with beautiful simple artistic touches!The neighborhood is quiet but also central. Stavroula answered every question immediately. We would prefer the check out to be equivalent to the check in. Thank you, we will definitely come again!

Very nice accommodation, perfectly equipped and in impeccable condition. Easy access and parking in front of the door. 10 minutes' drive from Kalamata. Ideal if you are visiting the region. Pleasant and responsive host.

Beautiful place just outside of Kalamata. The views are just amazing and you get the sun all day! Good facilities - mostly clean and we enjoyed our stay 😊

The house is big, comfortable, clean, fully equipped, just as you see it in the photos. The location is very close to the sea, mini market, restaurants (which even made delivery). The star of course is Voula, who prepared us every day perfect mornings and was always available for whatever we needed. I highly recommend it!

This house was very easy to find with great free parking and easy to get in and out of the building with the keys. The house itself is absolutely stunning, the pictures do not do it justice. Very roomy and spacious living room, well stocked kitchen, 2 bath rooms, washer and dryer and 3 bedrooms with 4 beds. Could easily sleep many many people. The balcony had a lovely view of the marina and many restaurants to choose from in the area, one even right downstairs. This is a gem, and anyone who stays here is lucky to do so. We didn’t want to leave.

A perfect place if you want total relaxation. A fantastic view that you can spend hours on. A slightly steep path to a fantastic pebble beach with the most beautiful water. You are often completely alone on the beach. The driveway from the main road and down to the house is very narrow and you have to keep your cool. You have to be aware that the home is located between 2 cities, but it was actually not a problem. Both Stoupa and Kardamyli are very beautiful towns with lots of restaurants.

The location is absolutely amazing and the scenic view from the houses is magical! Our house was so clean, everything smells lovely! There were lots of small touches to make it more beautiful made by the host, communication was fantastic, hosts very responsive and helpful! Overall exceptional experience, would highly recommend!!

Great place! Walkable to everything including the Marina that had a great tavern! The apartment was big and very clean!
