Villa holiday rentals in Stoupa

Es ist ein schönes Haus mit großem Garten und tollem Pool, eine richtige Oase, ruhig gelegen aber trotzdem ist von dort aus alles (Strände, Ort, Restaurants, Geschäft...) schnell und gut erreichbar. Für uns also die perfekte Kombination. Wir (4-köpfige Familie) haben dort unseren Sommerurlaub verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber auch für ihre Hilfsbereitschaft bei allen unseren Fragen.

We had a wonderful stay here as a family of four. Our children spent most of the week in the pool! The views were absolutely stunning and the villa was clean and well equipped. Aircon was much appreciated too. Gail was an attentive host, quickly responding to messages I sent her and happy to answer any questions we had. We were very sad to have to leave at the end of the week!

Fantastic spot for a chilled family trip. The house is perfect, and location is spot on. You can walk to nice pebbly beaches or drive 10 minutes to pristine sand.

Don't normally leave reviews but this villa & the owner Niko certainly warrant one! Our first stay in Stoupa & didn't disappoint, great location, 5min walk to supermarkets, 10min walk to Stoupa/Kalogria beach & restaurants. Niko greeted us on arrival, taking time to show us where everything was. The finish is excellent with such attention to detail, better than the photos. Fully equipped modern kitchen, amazing coffee machine and milk frother that Niko kept topped up with beans! Aircon throughout, automatic shutters at every window, outdoor security lighting around the villa, beautiful pool area with super comfy bean bags & loungers, bbq area with sink & outdoor dining & great view of the mountains. Bedrooms/bathroom lovely, walk-in showers. Lots of wardrobe/drawer storage, loads of towels inc beach/pool ones & plenty of hangers!! Felt so relaxed & at home & Niko was always on hand to check we were happy. One of the best holidays we have had, what a find, we will be back!

Sofia und Fotis sind äusserst freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Nach nur 4 Tagen Aufenthalt fiel uns der Abschied schwer und wir hoffen sie bald wieder zu besuchen. Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Wir können uns keine bessere Unterkunft in der Region vorstellen. Herzlichen Dank für die wunderbaren Ostertage!!!

So grateful to have spent a week at this beautiful villa! It was squeaky clean and equipped with everything you’ll need! Host is always responsive and helpful. Thanks a lot for the welcoming snacks and water! The view from the villa is amazing during the day and at night! And Stoupa is a lovely place overall 🫶🏻 We would definitely love to come back!!

Vi tilbragte en måned i Januar i huset. Vi fik set meget af området(Trahila, Kardamyli og Stoupa har hver sine charmerende karakteristika), hygget i haven med geder og katte, svømmet i havet og drukket kaffe på den lokale cafe. Huset ligger i bunden af dalen hvor solen rammer sidst hvilket kan være en fordel om sommeren. Taygetos-bjerget og dalen er virkeligt imponerende, men området er i tiltagende grad ved at blive bebygget af ældre nordeuropæiske turister som slår sig ned. Vi var kede af at forlade stedet da det var en meget skøn oplevelse!

Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable à Stoupa. La maison est magnifique, propreté impeccable, bien équipée et avec une vue à couper le souffle ! Kostas été à l'écoute, flexible et nous a très bien conseillé sur les activités et restaurants à proximité. Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Ein wunderbar gelegenes Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, viele schöne verschiedene Sitzecken zum Verweilen, herrlicher Pool, schöne Aussicht. Wir waren mit 2 Familien im Haus (2Wohnungen), hat bestens gepasst. Matina ist eine sehr freundliche, bemühte Gastgeberin.

Wonderful stay in Casa Antica - precisely what we wanted and location was fantastic. It is exactly as shown - a very creative and sympathetic conversion of an attractive old house - keeps the character of the old with a super up to date / high quality interior and everything we needed (including good aircon throughout). Three good sized double bedrooms. 20 min walk (downhill) to Stoupa which is a good beach for swimming with plenty of restaurants / shops. Check-in / check-out really well handled - we were met on the main road and guided to the house (necessary as is through a short but complex set of very narrow roads; parking right next to house). Very quiet environs, pool was perfect for us (4 people including two teenagers) and outside kitchen is a small west facing terrace with an amazing view over coast perfect for breakfast or evening drinks.

A beautiful setting high above the Stoupa coastline with gorgeous views and sunsets. Many options for hikes right from the door and a little further afield from local towns. Easy to access many different beaches along the coast. Setting is peaceful and the villa extremely comfortable, well spec'd and fitted out. Also a lovely outdoor dining and BBQ area. Alketa is super responsive to enquiries and sorted us out very promptly when, due to unprecedented storms, we experienced power cuts. Very helpful and kept us in touch with when the electricity company would have things up and running again. No hesitation in recommending this villa for a stay - a lovely area to explore....

בהתחלה היו לנו חששות להזמין את הנכס, בגלל שלא היו כמעט ביקורות, אבל זאת היתה הבחירה הטובה ביותר שעשינו!! החופשה אצל Manazil Mani היתה הטובה ביותר. מהרגע שביצענו את ההזמנה, Taha יצר איתנו קשר. ביום ההגעה Taha ביקש לדעת מתי נגיע. כשהגענו, הוא ואישתו קבלו את פנינו והסבירו לנו הכל על הנכס. הוילה יפיפה, נקייה ועם נוף מדהים! הבית מאובזר ברמה מאוד גבוה והם השאירו לנו המון פינוקים. גם הבריכה מאוד מפנקת ונקיה. כשהגענו הם נתנו לנו המון המלצות ושמחו לענות לנו כשביקשנו המלצות גם בהמשך. התקשורת איתם היתה מאוד נעימה. יש המון מה לעשות בסביבה. Stoupa מקסימה וכך גם כל הסביבה. מסעדות טובות, חופים יפים, מאפיה מצויינת וסופרמרקט נוח. מומלץ מאוד!

Absolutely beautiful villa! Both the owner and manager were wonderful and friendly! The villa had an amazing view, was pristine and perfectly located for a relaxing vacation but within driving distance of some great attractions. The few times we had questions they were answered promptly and politely! The kitchen was well stocked with enough food to provide us with meals when we first arrived after a long day of travel from the US. The owner and manager were both very attentive! We highly recommend this location and if we travel to Greece again will definitely stay there! We also really enjoyed the region due to it being very welcoming to tourists but not what I would call a real touristy destination. In other words just perfect. Enough restaurants and shops to get what you need but no high end retail stores or tacky souvenir shops. If I had to guess this is what travel probably looked like years ago. We couldn’t have asked for anything better, it’s exactly what we were looking for.

Sehr guter service der Hausverwaltung! Sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell erreichbar

Wow, what can I say, this place is simply amazing! The house is spacious with great sized rooms, well appointed kitchen with a few basics and pods for the coffee machine, which was a great touch. The bathrooms all have lovely toiletries, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel so no need to bring them. The master bathroom has a door to a private balcony, also accessed from the master bedroom, which was super cool and had an amazing view, as did every window in the whole house! The outside space is just gorgeous, nice wee pool, comfy loungers and my favourite was the covered seating area, I miss having my morning coffee there. There is a great BBQ area with a bag of fabulous local charcoal provided, a basketball hoop and ball which my kids used a lot and a swing set & seesaw for younger ones. Lidl is a 5 minute walk and had everything we needed but the closest restaurant is a good 30 minute walk so a car is advisable. We hope to return as Eleni was an amazing host and her house is amazing !

We had a wonderful stay at Aikaterini’s. Just a short walk away from the centre of Kardamyli and also the beaches. House was immaculate and well appointed. Beautiful peaceful swimming pool. The hosts were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Marina ! L’endroit est splendide. Encore mieux en vrai qu’en photo ! Marina est une hôte généreuse, souriante agréable et disponible, l’endroit est parfait pour la détente et le repos. C’est un endroit magique, paisible et inoubliable. Si nous en avons l’opportunité nous retournerons dans cette maison sans réfléchir !

Goody was outstanding as a host. Lovely and friendly manner - really made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble. If we needed anything that was not on the list of amenities, she would either supply or offer to get that too. It was a lovely villa and had extremely comfortable beds, which is our biggest issue sometimes. Bedrooms were very well equipped with storage space with their drawers, and plenty of hangers and space in the wardrobes too!! Washing lines outside, but within your villa balcony area, were brilliant too, for drying the washing outside. Plenty of line space, also important to us, as we travel light and need to wash clothing etc frequently). Maria is the fabulous cleaning lady, who worked around our time schedule, and again, very friendly and accommodating always keen to please us, above and beyond her duties too, lovely lady. Lovely clean swimming pool too. So all in all a great stay here, and would definitely stay here again another year, when we come back.

Sehr schönes Haus, wie beschrieben, vor allem die Terrasse oben war am Abend sehr schön, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Nachbarort vorhanden , Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Pool wunderbar, zum Glück hatte das Haus AC, selbst Nachts war es draußen wärmer als im Haus, zum Strand zu laufen war angesichts der Hitze zu weit, Parkplatz am Strand , Liegen günstig , der Strand ist ein Traum, das Strandrestaurant Perulia vorzüglich, alles in einem ein schöner Strandurlaub

Called Sunset Mani for a reason. Beautiful sunset from terrace / pool. Photos on site do not really do it justice. Had to actually drag ourselves out some days as so nice and easy to stay by the pool, looking out to see and across the bay. Great restaurants in Agios Nikolaos (Elli’s at far end particularly) around 5-10 mins drive, plus supermarket there. Also, taverna marked as Voulimeneas cafe on Google is good (another great sunset view) - sure the sign on road said “Roses”. Stoupa - great beach and good restaurants. Thoughts Agios better at night though…. Visited Sparta and then the shipwreck on eastern coast of Mani. A nice drive…..

Just a short walk from a picturesque mountain village, Villa Sunset is a truly incredible place to stay. The veranda gives views over rolling slopes of olive groves and down to the sea below. The pool is huge - it’s worth noting that it is VERY deep if you’re with small children - and thanks to its position it’s a wonderful place to find some peace and quiet. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were lovely, particularly the master suite in the tower! Neochori, the local village, is a 5 minute stroll away. You’ll find a bakery that does coffees, fresh bread and sweet treats, as well as a minimarket which is good in an emergency (but be warned it only takes cash and there are no ATMs in the village). The village also has a restaurant and a really wonderful Taverna owned by the amazing Maria, which we ended up eating at most nights. A 10 minute drive away is Stoupa, which is quite touristy but has some nice restaurants and bars. A similar distance away is Agios Nikolaos, a picturesque fishing village with a great snorkelling spot. Although you can walk to Agios, it’s definitely worth renting a car or making use of local taxi services. To sum-up, Villa Sunset is a truly amazing sanctuary in a characterful and relatively unspoiled corner of Greece. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Not our first stay and not our last, we absolutely enjoy the calmness and nature of the place. The houses are well-separated and private. You can enjoy the sunshine, the pool, and the green ecosystem. It is very suitable for children and adults. Shout out to Ms. Voula, the welcoming face we look forward to seeing again soon! Definitely coming back again.

Maison contemporaine très récente avec une grande terrasse et un toit terrasse magnifique. La maison de Monika est très bien équipée, avec une literie confortable et une climatisation intégrée très utile. La maison comprend deux chambres au rez de chaussée (avec chacune une salle de bain) et un premier étage avec une cuisine et salon (plus salle de bain) qui donne sur une grande terrasse avec table à manger et coin salon. Une dépendance à côté comprend la troisième chambre, également ave salle de bain et petite cuisine. La piscine est très agréable, peu profonde mais permets de nager. L’ensemble est dans une propriété très agréable et bien entretenue au milieu des oliviers. À 15-20 minutes se trouve le très jolie petit village avec plusieurs restaurants et bar très bien, et un peu plus proche la plage avec des bars de plage très bien Monika donne pleins de conseils utiles. Une très belle adresse dans un magnifique environnement
