Monthly Rentals in Stoughton

The place was in a great location for my 13 yr old and I to visit my son at Stonehill College. Not to mention traveling to Boston and Middleboro. The pool was a nice added feature! My son enjoyed swimming despite the weather. The neighborhood felt very safe as well!! I would definitely stay again!

A very comfortable, homey feel. Just what I was looking for. As a hotel type person, this place was a pleasant change of pace. Emma is a very responsive host and flexible with check-in; allowed me to check-in early. (The only con - With a $167 cleaning fee, cleaning mandates should not be given to guests such as taking out the trash and running the dishwasher. The cleaner should be dispatched as soon as a guest leaves to take of these tasks as this is being paid for the the guest.)

We had a wonderful stay at steve’s place with my wife and my child. The environment felt incredibly safe and peaceful, and the neighbours spoke highly of steve, which added to our sense of comfort. The room was spacious and the bathroom was large and spotless. The kitchen and living room were well organised and clean, making our stay even more enjoyable. We absolutely loved the accommodation and definitely plan to stay here again in the summer. Thank you Steve, for providing such a comfortable and welcoming experience.
