Monthly Rentals in Stormsvlei

It completely exceeded our expectations! Absolutely stunning place with absolutely everything that you need. With just a short drive out of Cape Town, we felt as if we were miles away from city life. Just an amazing break away and will 100% be going back.

Easy farm living - complete with mountain water, raw milk, pecan nuts, fresh herbs, starry braais, etc. The room is simple and cosy, like a cottage adjoining the main house. Else and Jaco are warm and generous hosts, and their dog and cat (Gemma and Meuw-Meuw) are also friendly but not intrusive. Quiet walk to the old horses, dam to swim in, and ask Else about archery or glamping in the orchard. Neighbouring farms have nice walks and good value shops for butter, cheese, olives, wine, etc.

For us the rating per night was a bit steep, but it was conveniently close to the wedding venue. The interior was nice, clean and homely Communication was top class from Noelene's side.

Thank you so much for the wonderful weekend getaway. Your beautiful and tranquil home was the perfect escape — peaceful, welcoming, and exactly what our family of 3 needed. Every detail was so thoughtfully arranged, and your warm hospitality made it all the more special. Truly grateful for the opportunity to relax and recharge in such a lovely setting. Looking forward to the next visit already!
