This well-maintained apartment from 1905 that extends over two floors has retained much of the original charm such as solid wood walls, doors, rosettes and moldings etc. The apartment includes a dining room, TV room, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms and an attic room with bed. Nearby is Breiavatnet, the train station and the bus terminal, and there is also a short walking distance to many restaurants, a rich cultural offer and hiking opportunities. In the backyard there is access to a common patio. The airy living room is in an open solution to a practical kitchen, and in the living room there is also a foldable staircase up to a loft/alcove of approx. 6 sqm.

Welcome to Fjellro! Here you can get an overnight stay in the scenic area of Dirdal with an unforgettable view. With only a few meters to the fjord, an almost has the experience of sleeping in the water. All amenities are available either in the tiny house or in the basement of the shop Dirdalstraen Gardsutsalg nearby. The farm shop was named Norway's best farm shop in 2023 and 2025 and is a small attraction in itself. Right next door you will find a sauna that can be booked with equally good views.

Spacious top apartment (95 sqm or 3-4 hotel rooms) Newly renovated to a high standard in a style that respects the location - between the Jugund style wooden villas and the revamped, trendy old industry area "stavanger øst". About 12 min walk from the city center and just 2 blocks from stop with regular buses. The ferry terminal and Goddalen coastal walk are close by. There is a shared garden, and a roof terrace with great views, however the terrace is not finished. Not suitable for parties.

Located in a quiet residential area in Storhaug, just a 5–6 minute walk from Stavanger city center, with restaurants, the harbor area, and central attractions easily accessible. The apartment is well equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. Ideal for families, groups, or longer stays seeking space and a central yet calm location.

Maria’s house

Peaceful area. 3 min. walk to the beginning of Stavanger city center. 7 min. walk to Stavanger Bus station. The house is my home and is rented out when i travel. NOTE that the bed in master bedroom is built-in and custom-made. It measures 140x180cm. May be a problem for those over 180. Both beds have soft mattress toppers, not medium or hard. Due to a very unfortunate incident with a guest without references, I no longer feel comfortable renting to profiles without solid references.

Fullt utstyrt kjøkken, og stue med spiseplass. 2 soverom i 2 etasje. Det ene med utgang til balkong. Huset ligger i en stille og rolig gate uten gjennomgangstrafikk. Restauranter, kafeer, bakeri og shopping like utenfor døren. Flybussen og båt til Ryfylke og Flo og Fjære et steinkast unna.
