Located right by the water and has a small beach right downhill. Short way to walk to goodalen swimming area, nice hiking areas along the water. 10-15min walk to urban Eastern neighborhood, Ostehuset, andTou scene. 20 min walk to Pedersgata, 25-30min to the city center. Free parking. Bus goes 150m from, 3-5min to city center.
