Welcome to this converted 50 m² wooden loft, which is situated in a quiet and secluded location behind the main house on the property. You will be staying in a rural and scenic environment with the forest around the corner and the nearest lake is only 800 metres away. The wood-burning stove creates a cosy atmosphere when you are indoors. If you want to go out and get some exercise, there are beautiful hiking trails, and for cycling enthusiasts, longer rides around the lakes await. Around the loft, there are pleasant outdoor areas where you can barbecue or relax and enjoy nature.

Newly-built house (2016) located right next to the water. 40 sqm+20 sqm loft and a 12-sqm glass-enclosed room (not winter-insulated) The house is very bright and fresh, and has an incredible view. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is a sleeping loft with 3 x 90-cm beds. There is a possibility to borrow a child's cot. 10 km from Karlskoga city center, where there are restaurants and shops. New cottage located 50 meters from the shore of Lake Vänern. Kitchen area with fridge, stove, microwave, fully equipped with porcelain, (no oven). Small living room with sofa, coffee table and TV. Bedroom with double bed, bedroom with bunk bed, loft with double bed and a single bed. Private bathroom with shower and toilet. Air heat pump! Private outdoor seating area with furniture and barbeque. Possibility to rent a wood-fired sauna at an extra cost. The cottage is 40 sqm + the loft. Not so big but nice! Happy if the cottage is left cleaned, clean and tidy! Welcome!
