Holiday rentals with a patio in Stonehaven

Peter and Angela's place was a great spot for our 2 nights stayover in Aberdeen. The place is spacious, the kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed and it was easy to walk downtown to explore. We would go again of we are ever in the area down the line.

A great stay for a short family trip. The flat is a lower ground floor basement flat but doesn’t lack light and is spotlessly clean inside. Great location, close to the town centre and local immunities. Cannot fault our stay. We had a couple of small issues that were resolved quickly and without any fuss.

Our second time here and another great stay. The place is spacious and well-equipped and easily walkable to local shops, restaurants and pubs; Carron To Mumbai is a great restaurant and only a couple of minutes walk away.

What a perfect place to stay. Carol has provided everything you could possibly need in this bijou apartment. Spotless, peaceful and comfy with lovely evening walks in the sunset, this is the perfect base to explore the beautiful fishing villages of Moray and Aberdeenshire and watch the wildlife. Parking right outside the door , amazing heating and all mod cons. Just what you hope for from an AirBnb

Great place Great location Great host Whats not to like?

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at StoneHous! The location is spectacular - peaceful, scenic, and the perfect place to unwind. We really appreciated the huge basket of logs, making for cosy nights in front of the wood burner. The essentials were all clean and in good working order, and it was easy to settle in and feel at home. Overall, a lovely place in a stunning setting.

This is our 4th visit to this beautiful home while my daughter is completing a PHD in Aberdeen , a beautiful home in a beautiful Location making special memories with my daughter and mum and dad , thankyou again for a perfect visit x

I had a lovely stay at this wonderful cottage. What struck me was how big and warm and cosy the rooms were. There was everything you needed for a holiday or work stay and more. It was particularly clean and tidy too. The bed was very comfy and the shower was super. I enjoyed the tables and work station in the kitchen to work on, as it was a work trip for me. There were lovely walks nearby to take doggy on and it was private and peaceful. We will certainly be back, thank you so much. Matilda and brown dog x

Evita’s property is a few meters from a high street supermarket, bars and pubs, butcher, chemist, take always and several other small retailers. A short walk also takes you to the beach and river mouth, long coastal walks are possible on good trails. The property itself is as advertised and benefits from private parking, a real plus as the high street can get quite busy with parked cars. I highly recommend a stay there and will make repeat visits with my wife in the future.

We have just returned from a fabulous week at Denfield. The house is beautiful, spotlessly clean, with a beautiful outside sitting area and view across the fields to the sea. Shirley and John, the hosts, were great. Communication was excellent and they checked in with us during our stay to ensure that everything was ok. They also provided a tasty starter pack for us including the most delicious local strawberries. Our group included a small dog and my Mum who has mobility issues. However, the house was well set up for her, with a large downstairs bedroom and en suite/jack & jill bathroom. The dog was also made welcome, with treats and a Mud Daddy portable shower unit for those wash downs after the beach walks! I would not hesitate to recommend this house and would visit again. Thank you Shirley and John for such a great stay!

A lovely, well appointed property in a stunning location and with a beautiful garden going down to the River Spey too. The house has everything you need and is very clean and very comfortable. A short walk to the nearest shop, pub and restaurant. Thoroughly recommend the house and the host who is most helpful, we’d definitely stay again.

This Cottage was a beautiful addition to our trip! we spent 2 nights here and we felt right at home. The space was adorable, private, comfortable and Dean did an excellent job communicating when we had any questions! highly recommend

Had stayed here last year. Location is superb, living room windows look directly onto the see, rocky for hundreds of yards when tide out, water directly below window when tide is in. Wife hardly left the flat lol and loved the views. Top bedroom offers superb sea views and you feel like your at sea with the windows open. Worthy of note that access to the property is via 14/15 continuous steps leading to the front door and there is a set of stairs to the top bedroom. (important to be aware of if you've got mobility issues, as my wife has). As we have been before we knew what to expect this time round. Apartment was clean with decent facilities. Provided some feedback to host on some minor issues needing addressed which would have made the experience perfect. Great location to explore. Thoroughly enjoyed stay and will definitely be back. We found Ben’s place clean, tidy and with everything we needed for our stay. It was within walking distance of the town and the beach. A really nice place to stay.

I stayed at Driftwood for 3 nights with my husband and teenage son. The house is comfortable and well stocked, plenty of dishes, cutlery etc. The street is peaceful and I enjoyed being able to see the sea from the windows. It is just a short walk to a pub, restaurant (fish and chip shop) and Chinese takeaway. It is a short, flat walk (just over a mile) to Inverbervie for a Scotmid. The walk to Johnshaven is longer, however, a lovely flat walk too. Gourdon is in a lovely area, and hopefully I'll visit again.

What an experience! Well done, David and team. Absolutely nothing to take away from this accommodation. - all the parameters of measuring a good service scored the very top mark. And it was good value for money too. The team responded promptly when the toaster broke down and most courteously too. I recommend this accommodation fully and without any reservation at all.

From the day of booking until departure, Fiona has been impeccable, attentive, generous and the annexe was superb. It’s an easy 5 stars across the board.

Beautiful place so quiet for a city. Easy bus links into town. Very clean and tidy beautifully staged period property on a beautiful tree lined street.

We were a group of four gentlemen on a golf trip to St Andrews. This accommodation provided everything we needed. It was spacious and clean with a great back yard for enjoying the outdoors. It is within easy walking distance of downtown St Andrews. Highly recommended.
