Unassuming, with private entrance and access to terrace and garden. Plenty of space for parking. Fiber. Nice apartment with kitchenette and dining area (no stove), separate bedroom with double bed, pleasant living room with comfortable sofa bed and extra bed. Bathroom with shower.
