Welcome to my delightful guest house in the grounds of my home. Benefitting from its own private access, the living space is modern and open plan. There’s the convenience of a separate utility room including a washing machine. The master is a double, the second bedroom has bunk beds. There’s a powerful shower in the bathroom. Parking on the large driveway, and access to a patio space just outside of the living/dining area. as well as a pod point for electric vehicles, for an additional fee.

Located in a quiet street in the The Park (a private residential estate, formerly a royal deer park, adjoining Nottingham Castle) it’s a 5 min walk to the city centre and within easy reach of the Motorpoint Arena, Theatre & City Ground, Trent Bridge, the QMC and both universities. Decorated and furnished to a high standard. Guests have exclusive use of the south facing, sunken patio, super fast WiFi and free car parking. Air con unit.

Set in the peaceful country village of Burton Joyce, in the stunning Trent valley, 20 Mins from vibrant Nottingham. A lovely studio apartment with ample off road parking, WiFi, Smart TV, central heating, kitchen area (kettle, toaster, fridge, combined microwave/oven, cutlery, plates). A FREE Welcome basket with biscuits, tea coffee, milk, cereals and other treats await all our guests in the apartment. Guests have their own key so you can come and go as you please with no disturbance to anyone.

Vale Pool Annex – Countryside Stay near Nottingham

Peaceful countryside annexe in the Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for professionals working in Nottingham area who want a quiet place to stay during the week, with fast WiFi and private parking. Also perfect for couples or solo travellers seeking a relaxing rural stay. Access to our private indoor pool is available during allocated private sessions. Pool access is not included in the nightly rate. Guest pool membership £15. Private 90-minute sessions £18. Limited availability – early booking advised.

The Beautiful Barn

Located in the Nottinghamshire countryside in the village of East Stoke, less than one mile from Eden Hall Day Spa, 'The Beautiful Barn' is set within the private, gated grounds of our smallholding 'Holme Farm'. This stunning barn conversion with striking wooden beams, exposed brickwork and bespoke wooden furniture, has been equipped to an exceptional standard to offer luxury accommodation. Each bedroom has a king-sized double bed and ensuite. Bifold doors open onto a private decking/patio.

The Old Stable, a secluded annex in Langar

A relaxing place to stay in the Vale of Belvoir for up to four guests. With country walks and great village pubs in the surrounding area and close proximity to Langar Hall Hotel. The Old Stable is attached to the main house but has it’s own entrance via a shared courtyard. It is a two bedroom home with ample parking available. We are within 15 minutes of The Engine Yard at Belvoir Castle and within 30 minutes from Melton Mowbray, Grantham and Nottingham. A perfect location for any getaway.

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Close to universities, train station and the QMC.

Woodpecker Cottage is a spacious well appointed single storey country cottage situated on a working farm. Showcasing beautifully kept gardens and stunning woodland views from the front door. The property has a real cosy feel with stylish country kitchen and decorated with tranquility in mind. The cottage boasts 2 bedrooms sleeping up to 4 guests and separate bathroom for guests convenience. Great for kids. Reconnect with nature at this unforgettable escape.

Fosse Paddock Country Studio 6 - Free Parking

Fosse Paddock Studios are 6 modern, clean, purpose-built, self-contained ground level studio apartments situated on 2 acres with picturesque countryside views. Accommodating 2 adults & possibly up to 2 children in each studio. This particular studio built in 2025 is of an open plan layout throughout including king sized bed, 2 free view TVs, large walk-in shower, sofa bed and full kitchen. There is free secure parking on site for up to two cars.

Sleepover with Miniature horse Basil

Basils Barn is situated on the grounds of a 17th century manor, surrounded by a picturesque 60 acre estate. The bedroom is directly attached to Basils stable, where there is a doorway in between the two spaces. In the paddocks we also have a herd of Highland cows, Hebridean sheep, horses, pigs, chickens and Norwegian Forrest cats. Our animals are mostly rescued and all of our animals are kept strictly as pets.
