The downstairs has a pool table, poker table, ping-pong table and more. Outside there is a fire pit with wood provided and a fenced puppy yard. The 3,000 SF house sets where you have a nice view from deck area. Lots of deer and birds to watch! Very quiet and peaceful. Whether you like to go to lake and boat or fish, or just sit outside in the sun or shade and relax and read a book, this is the place for you! Enjoy the fire pit on the cool nights for roasting hot dogs or smores. Also two other small cabins at the same location if you would like to spend time with friends and family! large circle driveway plenty of room for boats !

Just a few minutes from the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds, the Bigshots Golf Experience, Cooper Sports Complex and a 15-minute drive to the Bass Pro Shops and Wonders of Wildlife. Our home is one side of a duplex. Both sides are available for rent. It has hardwood floors throughout. It is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath duplex with a 2-car garage & EV Charger. Our home is equipped with washer / dryer, stocked coffee bar and snack area.

This Cabin has a beautiful fireplace inside and hot tub located in the gazebo off the back deck. Enjoy the hammock and fire pit in the back as well. This cabin is located with in walking distance to the lake where you can put your boat in, swim or fish. Sleeps up to four, full kitchen towels and gas/charcoal grill.
