This beautiful home has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and can sleep up to 20! There is a fully stocked Kitchen and multiple seating and gathering spaces. The downstairs has a pool table, poker table, ping-pong table and more. Outside there is a fire pit with wood provided and a fenced puppy yard. Just a few minutes from the Ozark Empire Fairgrounds, the Bigshots Golf Experience, Cooper Sports Complex and a 15-minute drive to the Bass Pro Shops and Wonders of Wildlife. Our home is one side of a duplex. Both sides are available for rent. It has hardwood floors throughout. It is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath duplex with a 2-car garage & EV Charger. Our home is equipped with washer / dryer, stocked coffee bar and snack area.
