The Hideaway is nestled in the Wiltshire countryside on a four acre smallholding near to the foothills of Roundway Down. It is a self-contained 1st floor studio, adjacent to the hosts property, surrounded by sheep, donkeys, dogs, chickens, a pony and large African tortoise. The opportunity to feed the lambs during springtime can be arranged. *Guests are welcome to use the family pool during the summer months (June-September) as well as sauna, gym and onsite yoga classes (arranged after booking).

Conveniently located for Bowood and Lacock

A cosy self-contained cabin with king bed, sofa bed, en-suite shower room, kitchenette, TV and parking. Situated in the idyllic village of Bromham, the cabin is within walking distance of the local pub and is a convenient base for attending events at Bowood House. Lacock Abbey, Avebury and Stonehenge are nearby, and a wide range of shops, restaurants and bars are available a short drive away in Devizes, Marlborough and Bath. Ideal if you’re looking for a peaceful and relaxing countryside stay.

Stanley Chapel

In a tranquil country setting near the river Marden. Ideal location to visit the market town of Chippenham and 13 miles from the City of Bath. Medieval villages of Lacock, Castle Combe, and Avebury are nearby. Sustrans national cycle track is in walking distance with great routes for walkers, runners and cyclists. Bowood House and Gardens are 1 mile away. The Chapel has one bedroom and the lounge is upstairs which has a pull out double sofa bed . Stunning sunsets and views over fields.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

Secluded Lodge with private garden & new Hot Tub

Hawthorn Lodge is close to some of the most beautiful walks in Wiltshire, with access direct from the door, as it is situated at the foot of historic Roundway Hill. The lodge has recently been fitted out, and all fittings are new, and of a high quality. Perfect for pets, as the lodge is set in it's own secure garden. New large hot tub, which is accessed direct from the bedroom, and is emptied, cleaned, refilled and heated before arrival of every guest. Very quiet private rural setting.

The Loft - Exceptional views, hot tub & balcony

The Loft is a comfortable and relaxing space with a private hot tub and balcony, both boasting spectacular views of the beautiful Wiltshire countryside. Walks across rolling hills can be taken directly from the door or within a short drive you can visit Bowood Estate, the tranquil village of Lacock, or the towns of Marlborough, Devizes and Calne. Nearby are Stonehenge and Avebury, with easy access to the beautiful city of Bath, and transport links at Chippenham rail station and M4J17.

Private, luxurious and cosy shepherd hut

"Hares Rest" shepherd hut is situated in a private location within a paddock with amazing rural views. Hares, red kites, barn swallows and deer are just some of the wild life you can see. Good pubs within various walking distance (3, 30 and 45 mins). Bowood House, adventure park, golf course and spa is 5 mins drive away. The train station is a 10 minute drive with easy access to Bath. We have horses so only very well behaved dogs are allowed by prior agreement and additional charge.

Close to Devizes & Marlborough with good independent shops and restaurants

Pigsty Cottage - Bright and airy apartment

Pigsty Cottage is a very spacious apartment within the grounds of a listed Georgian farmhouse, its a lovely private place to stay. Well equipped, with a top quality kingsize bed and secure parking. A Lovely rural location, stunning gardens. Great for visits to Bath, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Amesbury and Devizes. We do allow a well behaved pet. If you’re planning on bringing a pet, we’d like to know in advance as we make some small changes to the furnishings accordingly.

Wake up with stunning views of the English countryside situated just a few miles from Avebury stone circle, Marlborough, Chippenham and just a 45 minute drive to Bath. The accommodation is at the bottom of our garden, away from the house with private decking looking out to the peaceful fields. There are many beautiful walks around us as well as. Locked shed is available for bikes if needed.
