Beautiful apartment built in the 1920s in the heart of Södermalm. The Balcony is in direct connection with the living room and with a big comfortable kitchen with all necessities you need. The apartment is not facing the street so it's completely silent at all times. Just a 3 min walk to the subway station and several food stores, restaurants, bars & cafes just around the corner. You can also take walks by the water and be surrounded by nature even though you are in the middle of the city.

Vibrant neighbourhood in the heart of popular Södermalm. Safe street and calm building with nice neighbours. The apartment serves just as well for smaller families as well as a group of friends. Everything you need just around the corner - museums, bars, amazing views, second hand stores, popular restaurants and Stockholms most popular club (Trädgården) a walk or bike ride away. The apartment is located in Sodermalm on a quiet backstreet but also only 3 min walk from metro, food shops, bars, restaurants and lovely parks. Very close to public transportations. The apartment has a queensize bed (140cm) and a sofa bed (120cm). There´s a small kitchen table for three and a wardrobe. Very fast wifi and Apple-Tv.
