The house is secluded on a lake plot on the island of Tranholmen - a car-free idyll that is separated by a narrow strait from Norra Djurgården and Stocksund. The island is reached by ferry (8 min) from Ropsten where the subway goes. In winter, there is a footbridge to the island.

Accommodation with a fantastic location by the sea, only 10 metres from the water. Overlooking the Stockholm inlet, you can see boats and ships passing by outside the house, which has a terrace facing the sea. The cottage is only 12 km from central Stockholm and is separate from the main building where we live. A nature reserve for walking and running is a stone's throw from the cottage. Charming, newly built house in the countryside in quiet area at Lake Mälaren. Distance: Sigtuna (4 km footpath, 8 km by car). 17 km from Arlanda airport, 40 km to Stockholm city. 3 km to public transport (bus). The cottage is located close to the main building and has its own balcony with lake view. Beautiful surroundings and close to the lake with bathing area about 100 m . On the farm there is a dog and during summertime sheep.

Perfekt för två men det kan även ordnas en extra sovplats för ett barn. Här bor du bra med närhet till sjö, havsbad, golf och skärgården. Busshållsplats finns 200 m från stugan som tar dig till Stockholm/Slussen.

The area is scenic, and it is 2 km to the nearest public transport, 8.5 km to Märsta station, 15 km to Arlanda, 35 km to Stockholm, 5 km to the nearest grocery store and 0.5 km to a swimming area.
