On a fantastic lake plot with sun all day and a lakeview from the accommodation, this house of 55 sq.m. is located on part of our large plot. There is a sauna, bathing dock, sandy beach and grassy areas. Wintertime we drill an ice sink for swimming. Living room with dining table, sofagroup and fireplace. Magnifikt precis vid havet - med staden nära

Ett modernt, välplanerat och välutrustat hus (från 2021) i två plan (38kvm) med havet utanför. Magisk utsikt genom generösa fönsterpartier i söderläge. Stor terass med tak och grill. Genomgående naturmaterial i avskalad nordisk stil som suddar ut gränsen mellan ute och inne. Huset ligger avskilt på sjötomt på ön Tranholmen - en bilfri idyll som skiljs med ett smalt sund från Norra Djurgården och Stocksund. Ön nås med färja (8 min) från Ropsten där tunnelbanan går. Vintertid gångbro till ön.

Seaview Cottage with Forest Garden & Sauna

High up on a cliff this cottage offers sweeping views of the Baltic Sea to the front and a magical forest in your backgarden. Blueberry and lingon bushes are everywhere for those of you who'd like to harvest your own breakfast from nature. The cottage was built in the 1940s and, although it has been continuously renovated to keep up with modern standards, it retains a cosy old world charm with an open fire and original windows. The space is bright and has plenty of light throughout the day.

Ett boende med fantastiskt läge vid havet endast 10 meter från vattnet. Med utsikt över Stockholms inlopp ser du båtar och fartyg passera utanför huset som har en terass mot havet. Stugan ligger endast 12 km från centrala Stockholm och ligger avskilt från huvudbyggnaden där vi själva bor. Naturreservat för promenader och löpning ligger ett stenkast från stugan. Den vedeldade badtunnan som står på vår brygga går att hyra för en kväll. Det finns möjlighet att hyra havskajaker (2 st).

Kom ut med familj och vänner och njut av naturen i digitalfri miljö. Mysig vedeldad bastu m utsikt över skogen. Enkelt hus med vedspis öppen spis, två sovrum samt kök och vardagsrum med bäddsoffa, totalt 7 bäddar finns i huset, badrum med förbrännings wc, finns ett charmigt utedass. Invid mysig badsjö med hopptorn, cykelavstånd till havet. Två minuter till bushållplats 30 min från Slussen. Djur är varmt välkomna. Det finns kuddar/täcke. Extra sovplatser kan ev lösas på förfrågan.

Intill havet med egen havsbadbrygga. Utsikten är enastående, havsutsikt väst, norr och öst. Huset är byggt maj 2023. Nära till vacker natur, bad, brygga för Waxholmsfärjorna och golf. I närområdet finns bad- & barnvänliga sjöar med sandstrand, Yasuragi, Skepparholmen, Långa Raden. En bilutflykt bort ligger Siggesta Gård (minigolf, fotbollsgolf, sagostig), Artipelag, Gustavsberg med Porslinskvarteren, restauranger, caféer. Vikingshill ligger vid havet i skärgårdens början.

Sky and Sea! Beautifully located holiday home on Ingarö with a fantastic view of Nämndöfjärden. A place for the whole family to relax. The living room consists of kitchen with dining area and sofas for socializing in front of the fireplace. On the terrace overlooking the sea there is a barbecue and dining area. Five beds in three bedrooms. 15 minutes to the sandy beaches around the Björnö Nature Reserve and 35 minutes from Slussen. Good bus connections.
