The house is characterized by a space of air in combination with a large size photography collection on the walls. Dining area for the whole family on the wooden deck outside. Free parking with charger for 1 car. Quiet neighborhood about 5 km from Stockholm town, a 10 min walk to the subway station and 11 minutes ride to town. It is about 1 km to Lake Mälaren's natural areas and beaches

Rymligt hus, byggt 1936, med 9 rum för socialt umgänge både ute och inne med bla lekrum, flera tv-rum och olika platser för måltider. Fin solig tomt från morgon till kväll, perfekt för lek, bad och grillkvällar. 10 min med bil kommer ni till Stockholms innerstad för shopping eller härliga badområden med mysiga caféer på Lidingö.

A wonderful 260 sqm house in classic Enskede. 5 bedrooms and a new private spa-area with jacuzzi, sauna and luxury shower. The charming house from 1920:s has open fire, spacious rooms, PS5, Oculus Quest, HBO, Netflix, pinball, fussball, table tennis, bikes etc The streets are lush, child friendly, beautiful and calm. The garden is amazing with sun set patio, out door dining table and grill, overlooking the fruit trees and flowers. 5 min walk to subway, 10 min to Stockholm centre.

A modern villa just outside the central parts of Stockholm. A 12-minute walk to the subway will take you to the central parts of Stockholm in less than 20 minutes. The neighborhood is very calm, with a lovely Anglo-Saxon Park just around the corner. Within a 10-minute drive from my house, you will also find the largest shopping area in the Nordic countries, Kungens Kurva / SKHLM. Within a short bus ride, you also have the largest exhibition center in the Nordic region, Stockholmsmässan.

Perfekt för dig/er som behöver komma bort för att skriva klart ett arbete, en bok, en låt eller måla en tavla (?) - här finns inget som stör.

Part of a house with a garden

You will have the whole bottom floor in my wonderful villa in Duvbo, all to yourself with your own entrance and access to the back of our garden. Duvbo is a beautiful little place with houses from the 19th century, just strolling around in the area with two lakes close by is an experience. It is close to Stockholm city, 14 min with subway, 8 minutes by pendeltåg-train, 15-20 minutes with bus or car. I always bicycle to downtown Stockholm which takes 20-25 minutes.
