From this beautiful apartment in Alvik, you are close to beautiful walking paths around the Mälaren lake, but also the subway, bus & tram that takes you smoothly to Stockholm's central parts in 15 minutes. On the lower floor, there is a bedroom with a 180 cm bed, and on the upper floor, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed. On the upper floor, there is also an open sleeping area around the fireplace with a 120 cm bed and 2 extra mattresses, if more sleeping places are desired. The accommodation has everything you could possibly need.

The apartment offers a perfect stay for 2-5 guest. The living area of 66m2 has got an open flor plan for the kitchen/living-room/dining- area. There are two bedrooms. All with solid wooden floors. The fully equipped kitchen and bathroom gives you everything you need for a stay in Stockholm.

Beautiful Beach House with a Stunning Sea View

Experience island life in central Stockholm! If you want to get away from the big city but still be in the middle of central Stockholm, our house is the right gem to rent. With only 15 minutes drive or municipal boat traffic, you come out here to the tranquility where you can enjoy water, wind and wonderful scents from nature. The house is located on its own island without a municipal connection, but it is easy to get help across the water, as long as you announce your planned trips in advance.

Apartment Swedish Charm is situated on a lakeside property with access to our dock, paddle boards, sauna, the canoe, and other outdoor activities. Newly renovated (2026) using inspiration from classic Swedish interiors, both antique and modern. It is an independent unit but is part of our home. The bus stop is 200 meters away . Unique waterfront property in a western location on an island in Stora Värtan. Start the day with a morning swim on your own jetty, paddle around Storholmarna, kayak or SUP, row out with the boat and fish for herring. Or just hang out on the jetty in a sun lounger and relax. Round off the day with a lovely meal on the jetty deck in the evening sun and watch the sun set on the horizon. A paradise for lazy days and socializing!

Extraordinary and central accommodation just by the lake at Stora Essingen. Plot with garden that is accessed via a long stairs from the public road, i.e. not suitable for disable persons.
