The house is in a quiet area close to nice forest walks, swimming, shopping and good connections to Stockholm city by both bus and boat. Next to the area, there is an 18+12 hole golf course with a large restaurant and bar. You will also find a pizzeria and barbecue within walking distance. The house has an open and airy upper floor with all the amenities needed for pleasant socializing. You have access to the sauna, ping pong table and guest house.

You wake up in the morning to birds song and perhaps you are lucky to see a deer passing outside the window. Only a 3 minute stroll down the street you land at the most picturesque little marina and beach where you can have your morning coffee and a morning swim in the ocean. Our family runs the kiosk by the beach where we serve great coffee ☕️ a variety of toasts 🥪 a great chorizo 🌭 and more and of course Ice cream 🍦 8-10 in the morning you can buy fresh 🥖🥐 in the park by the kiosk as well!

My’s garden in Trosa

Hi! Welcome to this cozy villa in Trosa. The owner has three separate houses, one of which is used as a studio. The owner lives in the main house. And the guest house is here which is in the announcement .It is about 35 square meters, with a spacious living room with a fireplace and a mini kitchen with a small refrigerator. The guest room has a separate shower and toilet. Here, guests will share the laundry room and outdoor space with the owner. But each has its own independent outdoor space.

Relax with the whole family at our peaceful house on Vindö, only 200 m away from a beautiful and warm lake. Located less than an hour from Stockholm City and conveniently available by public transport (bus 434 from Slussen). Enjoy our large garden, go swimming, or walk by the lake or the sea. For colder days we have both a sauna and a fireplace. Isolated and heated. Equipped with water for all amenities. Great base spot to reach several sections of the Stockholm Archipelago Trail.

The location to explore Stockholm and the Stockholm archipelago. If you want city life, Söder is good. For nature, Värmdö is good. Here in Nacka is a bit of both. No music outside. No parties. This is a quiet street with neighbours.
