Welcome to our 2-floor apartment, with a roof terrace and an open fireplace. The apartment is located in the trendy area Midsommarkransen, with a big park in front, used both for sun bathing picnicers, cava drinking couples and has a popular playground for kids. The supermarket is across the park, 200 meters away and the metro station is just 400 meters away . Our guests are mostly families (minimum age 27 years old) and you'll find many cafes, restaurants, bakeries in the area. Welcome!

Very beautiful and newly renovated apartment in the gingerbread house, a former factory building in central Sundbyberg. Here you live on the second floor of a magical attic, plenty of space and with a natural gathering point in the kitchen. The house is in a quiet street but the pulse is around the corner with grocery stores, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops. There are also nearby lakes for pleasant walks and it is less than 100 meters to the subway / commuter train / crossroad / buses.

Marieberg is a very popular neighborhood with scenic surroundings and a hilly environment. Nearby are the beautiful Fredhällsklipporna. It's also close to several parks such as Fredhällsparken, Kristinebergsparke. In the area, there are several restaurants and cafés. A short walk will take you to the subway at Thorildsplan or Fridhemsplan. In summary, this is an area for you who appreciate living close to nature but at the same time also have a short distance to the pulse of the city.

From here it's walking distance to most of Stockholm's top attractions, including the the Royal Palace and the Nobel museum. Just outside the doorstep you'll find award winning restaurants and great shopping. Metro/bus 3 min walk. Central station 10 min walk.

Arrive around 15.00, leave your bags and head out into the city. I would try to make a quick stop at either the Museum of Modern Art or the newly renovated National Museum, take a walk around the beautiful island of Skeppsholmen, overlooking the Royal Palace and the Old Town before having dinner at Sturehof or any of the other restaurants downtown. There are also some very cosy restaurants located in the neighbourhood, including Ett Hem.
