Warm welcome to this little gem on Södermalm with a fantastic balcony! It is a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette and a nicely located balcony facing south towards the courtyard. The apartment is centrally located but quiet, and just a stone's throw from SoFo's charming neighborhood. In the area, there is the beautiful Vitabergsparken, but also some of Stockholm's best restaurants and charming bars. Enjoy the afternoon sun on the balcony or in the park next door, or have a beer at Skånegatan a couple of blocks away!

Super nice little flat on first floor in 18th century house in the heart of Stockholm. From beautiful Prästgatan you enter this 42 sqm gem with one bedroom, a living room with a sofa that can be turned into 2 extra beds. Compact but fully equipped kitchen w dishwasher, stove, heater, fridge & freezer. Bathroom with wonderful Vola-shower and washing machine/dryer. Cozy and genuine Prästgatan on one side and busy and lively Västerlånggatan on the other. No car traffic makes the area very friendly!

Vibrant neighbourhood in the heart of popular Södermalm. Safe street and calm building with nice neighbours. The apartment serves just as well for smaller families as well as a group of friends. Everything you need just around the corner - museums, bars, amazing views, second hand stores, popular restaurants and Stockholms most popular club (Trädgården) a walk or bike ride away. UPDATE (25 mar, 2024) I have bought a new sofa (bed sofa). The new one is dark gray.

Bliss is a bright apartment of 35 sqm with Art Deco-inspired decor . This small one houses one bedroom with double bed and desk, a small living room, a kitchenette as well as a small bathroom with shower and WC. Bliss is located two stairs up from the entrance level with windows facing Österlånggatan 5 floors below and a fantastic view over the Old Town rooftops and the salt lake. Bliss was fully renovated spring 2018.

Tiny (!) studio apartment in the absolute center of Old Town Stockholm. Around the corner from the Royal Castle, Nobel museum and plenty of extraordinary restaurants and bars. This is were you absolutely get the most out of your stay in Stockholm. Recommended to the single travelers whom enjoy being out and about and exploring on foot!
