For those who want to live in a quiet and beautiful place. 25 sqm studio divided into a bedroom with a 180 cm double bed, kitchenette/kitchen area and spacious bathroom. The apartment is located separately in a lake villa in a very peaceful neighborhood. From the studio, it is about 10 meters to the house's swimming jetty and 500 meters to Tyresta National Park. In the garden, there is a swimming pool and sun deck that is shared with the other residents of the house. Possibility to rent kayak and bicycle. Free parking on the property and bus connection nearby, about 1.5 miles to central Stockholm.

A well-equipped apartment on the ground floor of a villa, with its own entrance and outdoor areas. Free parking. Close to the metro and bus, 10 minutes to the cosy local centre, 10 minutes by metro to central Stockholm. Kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. In the bedroom, there is a double bed and a sofa bed that becomes a 120 cm bed. TV with Chromecast. Very quiet area, close to swimming, shops and cosy cafés. 15-minute walk to a nice swimming jetty. Children are welcome to use the trampoline. Two outdoor areas, one a little more shaded for hot days.

The studio is located at the bottom floor of our house and has it's own entrance with a code lock. It takes about 30 minutes to the central station including walking. Parking is included and is located just outside the door. The studio has a bathroom and a kitchen. The neighborhood is calm and consisting of villas and terraced houses. There are supermarkets and fast food places within 5 min walking distance.
