The house is about 90 sqm: living room with fireplace, fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, fridge and freezer, water toilet/shower/bath. Guest house: water/sewage, microwave, fridge/freezer, 1 double bed, crib. Trampoline, zip line, cottage, hammock, racquetball, 8-10 bicycles on the grounds & great sandy beach etc. nearby. Swim spa of 2x4 meters built-in jet stream for swimming training (closed in winter). Boat is included.

Air conditioning is available in the guesthouse so you sleep well in the warm summer night. The double beds are made with freshly pressed sheets from Mille Notti.

Suitable for events, corporate events or hanging out with friends :-) Everyone who will be in the house must be included in the booking, there is no price difference whether you stay overnight or not.
