It takes about 15 mins to the city centre or to the beautiful archipelago. Tram and buss stop is within a 10 min walk and the sea just a few hundred metres away. There are supermarkets, restaurants, and other local amenities within walking distance. The property has a full size bedroom that sleeps two as well as two beds in the loft space. There's a full kitchen.

Casa Oliva - det finaste vi har byggt! Huset ligger centralt i Mölndal, i ett lugnt villaområde, nära Göteborg. Vårt nya Attefallshus på 30 m2 som heter Casa Oliva, är ett väldigt hemtrevligt litet hus som byggdes 2021 och är i superfint skick. Passar bl.a. dig som reser ensam, alt. er som besöker Göteborg på en par-weekend eller längre semester, eller den mindre familjen (2 vuxna, 2 barn). Very quiet and safe area, you will have access to part of the garden with outside table with 4 chairs if you want to have your breakfast or dinner outside! In the bedroom theres a doublebed 160cm and in the livingroom/kitchen area theres a comfortable bedsofa 140cm width. Short distance to both the sea (3km fiskebäcksbadet and 3km ganlet) and shopping (2km frölunda torg)
