Small but fine single apartment in a detached house with separate entrance. Direct surroundings are a new development area (single and apartment buildings). The price varies by number of guests. It only applies to the guests declared upon booking! Grocery stores (Aldi, Kaufmarkt, dm each 500m), the historic city center (Nikolaikirche 800m) but also the surrounding nature are in principle within walking distance. Pitch, WiFi included. This newly renovated 3 bedroom apartment in 1st floor invites you to relax and unwind. One bedroom has a bed of size 180x200 cm and in the second bedroom a bed 140 x 200 cm. A large balcony in quiet surroundings lets you distance yourself from everyday stress. One dog is allowed, please do not leave it alone in the apartment. Lovingly furnished room with fantastic mountain views in an Allgäu wooden house built in 2018. The property is located 5 minutes by car from Oberstaufen. In the room there is a 140 cm wide wooden bed, a table with 2 chairs and a secretary for working. A kettle and a mobile hot plate allow the preparation of simple dishes, fridge is also available. The highlight in the bathroom is the large natural stone bathtub with a mountain view.

The apartment (approx. 27 square meters) offers a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and an oven, a seating area with a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. A fridge, stovetop, toaster, kettle and coffee maker are also available. In addition to the price of the apartment, the spa tax must be paid to the municipality. This is 3 euros per person per night.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a farmhouse. Until March 2024, organic hay milk was produced. Now, due to our retirement, we limit ourselves to raising cows and producing hay for organic hay milk. The cowshed can be visited by appointment during the winter months. Families welcome! A baby bed & high chair can be provided. Outdoor furniture can also be used. Also a swing and sandbox.

Sweet Old Town apartment

The cute old town apartment is centrally located in Isny im Allgäu. Public parking (additional charge) is nearby (ex: the city wall). The nearest supermarket is within walking distance and also bakeries, clothing shops, bars and a cinema are very close. Various hiking trails, bike paths and cross-country trails start in the village and are well-signposted.
