Our charming holiday apartment offers a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out sofa.On the ground floor, you will find a cosy space that can accommodate up to four people.There is a comfortable entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen and a lounge area. The basement provides additional sleeping space with a bunk bed (2 metres long), which is perfect for two people or children.If you are travelling with a larger group, you can use the second apartment upstairs upon request, which also has a double bed. Both floors have direct access to the terrace, which is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the outdoors.We are happy to make adjustments according to your needs and can provide more sleeping spaces or rooms as requested.

The vacation rental is located between Gesäuse National Park and Kalkalpen. In winter, ski resorts are nearby. In summer hiking trails, bike paths and an outdoor pool nearby (100 m) for the family with children. Completely independent with private entrance, terrace and parking in front of the door. Barbecue. Carport for motorcycles. Bicycle for small children. Bedroom: double bed and sofa bed. Pets are welcome. Right in front of the apartment, there is a large garden. Combined kitchen-living room and bathroom.

In addition, there is a cozy living room with a pellet stove.
