Sie liegt auf 900m in einer idyllischen Lage umgeben von Bergen, Wiesen und Wäldern sowie einem angrenzenden Wildbach. Mit liebevoller Handarbeit haben wir unsere 95 Jahre alte Hütte von Grund auf saniert. Somit haben wir uns den Traum einer urigen modernen Hütte samt allen Annehmlichkeiten erfüllt. Nun haben wir uns entschieden unseren bezaubernden Platz mit anderen zu teilen.

Special features are antique furniture, marble bathroom with underfloor heating, original wooden floorboards combined with the most modern amenities inconspicuously embedded in the charming ambience. Free use of TV, Wi-Fi, PlayStation. Due to the old building, it is pleasantly cool, even on hot summer days.

Our place is right in the center of Steyr only about 2 minutes' walk from the train station. There are several supermarkets in the surrounding area and the city center with the beautiful old town is only a 2-minute walk away. There you will find several great restaurants, cafes and ice cream shops... The apartment has 2 separate walk-in bedrooms and is located in the attic of an apartment building. In addition, there is a cozy living room with a pellet stove.

Sleep in a former waterfront firehouse

If you like to be by the water, love nature (Kalkalpen National Park), like to ride a SUP or bike, then you have come to the right place. Every Sunday there is a traditional flea market in our village. Feel free to bring your pets. You have your own garden with river access. Steyr, the romantic city, is only an 8-minute drive away. Take time with your family/friends to hike or play games. We don't have Wi-Fi for a good reason. Back to the roots
