The entrance is by the carport, up the steps, where the white Tesla is parked. It's not the front door by the car park, but number 9/2, Atzlinger Jun. The room is on the first floor on the right, opposite the bathroom. This is ONE room located in a shared apartment building. You can share the kitchen and the outdoor pool. Our property is located in the middle of the countryside, in a small residential area. The centre of Steyr is about 3 km away. The church of Christkindl is very close.

Here up to 4 people can enjoy the quiet country life. The former granary is modernly equipped with a heated hot tub on the terrace and a cozy fireplace. At the adjacent Heurigen, there are regional specialties. Hiking and mountain biking at your doorstep, ski and spa areas can be reached in less than half an hour by car.
