Monthly Rentals in Stewart Island / Rakiura

The apartment was warm, clean and well built. We noticed that it was extremely soundproof from the other units,The views were spectacular, and it was a 5 minute stroll from the town. We bumped into Liz at the Pub Quiz on Sunday night and she was very approachable. She gave us good tips on kiwi spotting within town. We did manage a close encounter with a kiwi which was very exciting. Would definitely recommend the apartment and Stewart Island as a whole.

We had trouble with the washing machine but Warren was very responsive and got it sorted for us which we appreciated after doing the Great Walk. Stewart Island is incredible. Everything is walking distance. The heating was quick to warm us up. Comfortable home. Thank you for having us.

This place is worth every penny and Kate made our stay there super easy. We chose to rent the vehicle that came with the place, which was perfect for our needs, in great condition, lots of room for our guests and located close to everything we needed. The place itself is second to none, it has an incredible view, cozy and comfortable bedrooms, and a warm and homely feeling. I can't recommend this place highly enough, if you're lucky enough to be traveling when it's available, snatch it up while you can, you won't regret it! Thanks again Kate!

Our stay was magical. The views are amazing, a beautiful and very quiet beach, a cozy fire and lots of good time in the sunroom with the kids. Having the car really made it easy to access the town and the different hikes. ah yeah... and did we mention the kiwis that visited us on our first morning just before the superb sunrise!!!!
