Holiday houses in Stevies Island

I highly recommend. Planning on using again next year. very comfortable like home.

It was a beautiful cottage and we enjoyed our stay very much. We really appreciated the snacks and other things laid out for us. We would definitely love to come back and stay again in the summer!

Our hosts were amazing! They took us in with a warm welcome and support after we were in immediate need of housing. The amenities were excellent from coffee to toothbrushes, dishes and linens. They had everything we needed to walk in and get a good night's sleep. We enjoyed the view, sunshine and time together with our family.

Great location with easy access to many parts of Ft Wayne. Beautiful park just across the street. Covered parking (for one small/medium vehicle) was appreciated in the winter. Unfortunately is on the high traffic side of the park, so I'd suggest bringing some white noise machines or something similar.

This cottage is perfect for a getaway. Clean. Real clean not the tidy clean some claim as clean. Pictures are correct. We loved that the cottage had a pier to tie up our boat. It’s in a channel about three lanes wide & you ‘parallel park’. The pier has poles not cleats to tie to. It’s our first boating season & we have been visiting different lakes & setups - thought this might be helpful to share. Our children loved the book selection, the foldable stool, & the “bar” island table. We had a great time fishing on the lake during our stay - the water was so clear! Speaking of water, yes, the cottage’s water has a sulphur smell which is typical of Indiana but taste is fine (cooking, brushing teeth, etc.) Neighborhood was quiet in the fall when we stayed. The neighbors were kind & friendly. We felt welcomed by Nicholas, his information, & the amenities (basic spices, towels, utensils, tp, handsoaps, etc.) We would rent again.

I’ve stayed in the carriage house multiple times while visiting Fort Wayne. I usually stay in town an extra day or two just to have more time in this Airbnb. It is adorable, comfortable, and in a good location. The hosts are so genuinely friendly and welcoming. I wish there was a place like this everywhere I travel. I really don’t want to stay anywhere else!

Nice house with everything you need. Heated floors are really nice. Large, fenced backyard. Houston is a very responsive host. This is our second stay at this house and will definitely stay there again. Take my princess word for it, you can book it with no fear.

Adam’s place was as described. Kitchen was well stocked, comfy beds and lots of towels. The view was amazing. Would definitely stay here again.

This was my second time and definitely not the last time I’ve stayed here. 5 minutes from boat launch on Webster. 15 minutes from numerous lakes. Jim is very responsive and easy to talk to. The house is tucked into a very quiet area. Neighbors are friendly as well.
