Freshly updated, but still retains a bit of character and charm in its hardwood floors, kitchen, and original transom window over the front door. Fully furnished, with living room, full kitchen, and separate bedroom with queen-size bed (memory foam mattress). The rear balcony provides a private outdoor space, too!
