Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Sterling

The best way to say it is that if I'm traveling from eastern Kansas to Northwest Kansas again, or perhaps Blackhawk/Central City, or even Denver, I will go out of my way to stay there. It was that nice and Gaby was incredibly responsive as a host. The ease of access to the unit, as well as the instructions for how to use everything, as well as the checkout process, were big time positives. This is a great place, highly recommended by me!

Easy check in, quiet, comfortable. Perfect stop for family. A bit of a drive from I 70 but the easy check in, good set up for family and low price plus car wash right there makes it worth it.

Great place for work travel, all the amenities of being at home, plenty of cookware, cleaning supplies, towels, linens, etc. made it easy to be away from home for two weeks.

This was a great place for us to park a couple of boats and have lots of room to spread out and be comfortable. We were in town for a fishing tournament and this fit our needs perfectly. Wonderful Stay with Excellent Host: We had an amazing stay at Kurt’s property. The location is fantastic—close to the lake with a beautiful view that we enjoyed from a distance. The house itself was comfortable and well-maintained, making it a perfect getaway spot. Kurt was incredibly easy to work with; the check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. We accidentally left behind an Apple Watch and a pair of EarPods, and Kurt went above and beyond by mailing them back to us promptly. His attentiveness and quick communication made our experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We’ll definitely consider coming back!

Nice place! Easy access to the lake.

First of all, I have to say that I was shocked to find such a beautiful place and so close to the water at this price. The host did a great job decorating and setting up the space that it is so comfortable to live in and it felt like home without any extra clutter. The beds are huge and comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and the choice of furniture is great. The place itself is very clean with a lot of cleaning products and supplies for upkeep. I’m just hoping that this space will be available in the summer when I return. Thank you very much for providing such a beautiful home for my short vacation while visiting family.

Great place to stay. We traveled with a 4 year old and there was everyType of toy and activity we could think of to keep him busy. It’s very relaxing and has a cozy feeling to it. Matt was great. Always responded right away and made sure we had everything we needed
